Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Running Grid merch — but if something’s not quite right, here’s how we handle returns:

✅ Returns & Exchanges

• You can return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags/packaging.
• Exchanges are subject to availability.

🚚 Shipping Costs

• Customer is responsible for return postage when requesting an exchange (e.g. change of size).
• If the item is faulty or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• Loyalty point redemptions (unless faulty)
• Gift cards or digital products
• Custom/limited-edition items (unless faulty)

💸 Refunds

• Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is faulty.
